Instructions for Online Form Fill Up

  1. Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form.
  2. All fields with * marks are mandatory. Fill your details as per Matriculation Certificate, wherever applicable.
  3. Before filling up the form, please make sure to keep ready scanned copy of your photograph, signature and other required documents. For a complete list of documents required, please visit this page
  4. The file size of all documents to be uploaded should be less or equal to 500KB except for signature which is 100KB.
  5. Photograph should be in colour and shall be taken without being covered by any mask. Photograph and signature photo should be clearly visible inside the frame.
  6. All documents should be clear and legible.
  7. Applicants are requested to provide an active WhatsApp number & e-mail as the admission number shall be sent to the registered e-mail for further communication, if required.
  8. Applicants are advised to visit the college website regularly for subsequent lists of short-listed applicants and necessary information for admission
  9. List of admitted candidates shall be notified at the Notice Board/website of the college.
  10. If any information/particulars/documents furnished by the applicant is found to be incorrect, the admission may be cancelled and penal action as applicable under the law shall be carried out.
  11. Any claim/complaints of applicants who failed to report online for admission on given dates and time will not be entertained
  12. DO NOT NAVIGATE AWAY FROM THE PAYMENT PAGE until and unless you see a Success/Error Message. Otherwise, your details will not reach us.
